Regarding Graduation Internship and Engineering Internship

Pursuant to Decision No. 731/QD-DCT dated March 18, 2025, issued by the Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade regarding the academic schedule for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Based on the training programs for Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology and Control and Automation Engineering Technology (Batch 13, Full-time Undergraduate).

The Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering hereby announces the plan for the Graduation Internship and Engineering Internship modules for the 2025-2026 academic year as follows:

1.      Company Selection: To facilitate employment opportunities after graduation, students are encouraged to find their own internship placements at enterprises proactively.

2.      Information Submission: Students must provide company details (company name, address, contact person's name, and phone number) to their respective Department Heads. Deadline for information submission: October 20, 2025.

3.      Faculty Placement: For students who do not proactively find a placement, the Faculty will arrange internship positions for them.

4.      Special Cases: Students intending to pursue a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering for future teaching careers at colleges or universities will be prioritized for internships at the Faculty’s workshops to allow more time for study and research. Registration Deadline: Submit to Ms. Vo Thi Le Phuoc at the Faculty Office by October 20, 2025.

Internship Schedule:

·         Graduation Internship (4 weeks): From Week 16 (December 1, 2025) to the end of Week 19 (December 28, 2025).

·         Engineering Internship (10 weeks): From Week 20 (December 29, 2025) to the end of Week 33 (March 22, 2026).
