VISIT PLAN: RENZE TEXTILE JOINT STOCK COMPANY (2026)

(PLAN Regarding the organization of a visit to RENZE Textile Joint Stock Company for Batch 14 students Majors: Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology; Control and Automation Engineering Technology in 2026)

I. PURPOSES AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Purposes Field visits are a vital component of the technical education curriculum. By providing students with access to production plants and industrial facilities, the university aims to bridge the gap between theoretical instruction and practical production environments, thereby enhancing the comprehensive quality of the training program.

Students of Batch 14 majoring in "Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology" and "Control and Automation Engineering Technology" are scheduled to commence their Graduation Internship and Engineering Internship in December 2026. This visit serves as a strategic opportunity for these students to research RENZE Textile Joint Stock Company (located at Nhon Trach 5 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Commune, Dong Nai Province) and its corporate benefits, facilitating their eligibility to apply for the company's Apprenticeship Program and future career opportunities.

2. Requirements

• Ensure absolute safety for all members of the visiting delegation throughout the itinerary.
• Assigned instructors must maintain close and effective coordination with factory personnel to guide students through the specific operational areas agreed upon by the University and the Company.
• Students must strictly adhere to the visit regulations, site rules, and all instructions issued by faculty and company staff.

II. PARTICIPANTS

• Total Students: 200 students from classes 14ĐHDT and 14ĐHTDH (priority given to early registrants).

The financial requirements for the visit include the rental of five 45-seater buses and coordination with the enterprise to provide lunch support for the delegation. All organizational costs, transportation fees, and miscellaneous expenses will be funded by the 2025-2026 Academic Activity Fund and the Enterprise Semester Fund.

The Faculty requests all relevant units, instructors, and students of Batch 14DHDT/14DHTDH to implement this plan effectively to ensure a successful visit.
