NOTIFICATION

 

(Major registration for undergraduate students majoring in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology, cohort 15DHDT)

  • Based on the training program and progress for the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology major for undergraduate students of cohort 15DHDT;
  • Based on the facilities of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering;
  • Based on the students' needs for choosing a major;
  • At the request of the Head of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering,

The Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering announces the major registration for cohort 15DHDT as follows:

1. Eligibility: All students from classes 15DHDT1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 majoring in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology.

2. Time and Location:

  • Time: 19:00, Sunday, April 5, 2026.
  • Location: Online via Zoom. The link will be sent by Class Monitors/Vice-monitors to their respective class Zalo groups between 18:50 and 19:00. Class Monitors/Vice-monitors will receive the Zoom link in the group "Class Management Board of Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering."

3. Content:

  • The Faculty will call each student's name (those with "Continuing studies" status) to register for their chosen major: Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering, under the major of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology.
  • The calling order is based on the academic results of cohort 15DHDT students, from highest to lowest (students with higher academic results will be called first).
  • The quota for each major is 237 students. Once a major reaches its quota, registration for that major will stop, and remaining students will be assigned to the major that still has available slots.

4. Requirements: All undergraduate students from classes 15DHDT1 to 11 are requested to join the Zoom room on time. Any student who is called but not present will lose their priority and will not be allowed to interject when it is other students' turns to register.

Notes:

  • The Faculty will not resolve cases of late entry or registration by proxy.
  • If a student does not register, the Faculty will assign them to the major that still has available slots.
  • Students with the status of Academic Warning (1st or 2nd time) or those who have dropped out are not allowed to choose a major. The Faculty will randomly allocate these students into the two majors to ensure the quantity in both majors is relatively equal.
