STUDY VISIT FOR HUIT STUDENTS AT RENZE TEXTILE JOINT STOCK COMPANY

On the morning of May 9, 2026, the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT), in collaboration with Renze Textile Joint Stock Company, launched a comprehensive industrial visit and field internship program. The initiative engaged over 200 students from academic courses 14 and 15, specializing in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology and Control and Automation Engineering Technology. To optimize the educational impact and ensure high-quality supervision, the program was structured into two distinct stages: Phase 1 commenced on May 9, 2026, with more than 120 students, followed by Phase 2 on May 15, 2026, for the remaining 80 participants.

The visiting delegation from HUIT’s Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Technology was guided by Master Ngo Hoang An – Deputy Head in charge of the Electronics Department; Dr. Luu Hong Quan – Lecturer of the Automation Department; and Master Doan Xuan Nam – Lecturer of the Industrial Electrical Department. Representing Renze Textile Joint Stock Company were Mr. Nguyen Cao Viet – General Director; Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc – Deputy Director of Human Resources; along with the company’s engineers and staff.

Through this internship observation and exchange program, students were introduced to an overview of the fabric production line, from cotton materials – raw yarn production – weaving – dyeing – to finished fabric products. They were also introduced to equipment and machinery, specialized job positions, as well as employee compensation and welfare policies. In addition, students visited the office area, dormitory area, and staff cafeteria; especially, they had the opportunity to directly experience the modern production lines currently operating in the yarn manufacturing factory.

It is known that Renze Textile Joint Stock Company is located in Nhon Trach 5 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Commune, Dong Nai City. The company is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise and a subsidiary of Texhong Group, established in 2006. The company’s workforce demand is highly diverse, with the largest demand coming from engineering and technology-related fields such as electrical and electronics engineering; control & automation; mechatronics; mechanical manufacturing; textile and garment technology; and chemical technology. In addition, the company also recruits personnel in Chinese language studies, human resource management, and other fields.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade is currently offering 39 undergraduate programs, 14 master’s programs, and 9 doctoral programs. Most of HUIT’s training programs meet the human resource demands of Renze Textile Joint Stock Company.
