ACADEMIC COMPETITION: ELECTRICAL DESIGN AND INSTALLATION IN 2026 – FOSTERING INTELLECT AND HONORING ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE

With the objective of cultivating a rigorous academic environment that tightly integrates theoretical foundations with practical applications, the Department of Industrial Electrical Engineering – Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT) hosted the annual academic competition under the central theme: Electrical Design and Installation in 2026.

Beyond merely an intellectual arena, the competition serves as a comprehensive launchpad for students to hone their logical reasoning, elevate their practical vocational skills, and forge the resilience of future engineers. This constitutes a high-quality academic platform for young scholars to exhibit their professional competencies and innovative mindset following intensive lecture and research hours.

The Journey to Conquer Engineering Pinnacles 2026:

The 2026 season marks an academic journey brimming with formidable challenges and profound enthusiasm, spanning from March 07, 2026, to May 24, 2026. Following a period of rigorous training and meticulous multifaceted preparation:

Qualifying Round (May 17, 2026): Witnessed fierce technical demonstrations from 44 competing teams, characterized by optimal design solutions and precise execution capabilities.

Final Round (May 24, 2026): The 10 most outstanding teams successfully navigated stringent evaluations to advance to the ultimate phase. Herein, participants were mandated to demonstrate intense concentration, professional operational conduct, and acute problem-solving acumen.

Honoring the Most Outstanding Talents:

Following hours of intellectual rigor and high-intensity practical execution, coupled with a highly objective and meticulous evaluation by the Board of Examiners, the competition has officially identified the most elite representatives, deserving of commendation for the 2026 season:

🏆 First Prize: Affirming the absolute prowess and seamless coordination of the student group: Thanh Phong Pham and Phong Thanh Tran Nguyen (Class 13DHDT02).

🥈 Second Prize: Honoring the exceptional engineering intellect of the student group: Khoe Quoc Trieu and Quy Thien Ha (Class 13DHDT02).

🥉 Third Prize: Recognizing the persistent effort and creativity of the student group: Dat Minh Doan and Dai Ngoc Hoang (Class 14DHDT02).

🏅 Consolation Prize: Awarded for the enduring teamwork spirit of the students: Thinh Duc Bui, Quy Phu Nguyen, Vuong Ngoc Nguyen, and Thuan Duc Huynh (Class 14DHDT02).
