HUIT Electronics Alumni Association

Established on November 20, 2020, the “Electrical and Electronics Alumni Association – HUIT” is an alumni organization under the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, officially established under a decision issued by the University’s Rector.

The Association was founded with the following objectives:

  1. To connect generations of alumni who have studied and grown since the early days of the University’s establishment.
  2. To foster solidarity, cohesion, and mutual support among alumni across different generations.
  3. To serve as a bridge enabling alumni to contribute to the development of the University.
  4. To organize and participate in activities supporting current students.
  5. To promote public awareness of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology and Control & Automation Engineering Technology programs offered at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade.

Organizational Structure

The Electrical and Electronics Alumni Association – HUIT consists of alumni members and a liaison committee under the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

The list of members is organized and managed by the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

  • The Executive Committee (EC) of the Association serves as the governing body overseeing activities of both current students and alumni, under the management of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade.
  • The EC is responsible for implementing the Association’s activities, submitting periodic reports, and providing guidance, supervision, and support for all Association operations. At the end of each term, the EC is responsible for nominating candidates and organizing personnel for the next term.

Members of the Executive Committee include:

  1. Mr. Le Thanh Toi – President
  2. Mr. Do Van Si – Vice President (1st)
  3. Mr. Pham Ngoc Diep – Vice President (2nd)
  4. Mr. Nguyen Phu Cong – Member, Communications
  5. Mr. Ngo Hoang An – Member, Secretary
  6. Along with five alumni members serving as committee members in charge of financial supervision and external relations.
