PLAN Faculty-level Scientific Conference for the 2025 – 2026 Academic Year

Based on Notification 956/TB-DCT regarding the organization of University-level and Faculty-level Scientific Conferences and Seminars for the 2025 – 2026 academic year.

The Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology hereby notifies all staff members of the organization plan for the Faculty-level Scientific Conference as follows:

1. Purpose

• To implement the 2025 – 2026 academic year plan of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology.
• To enhance the quality of training and scientific research activities for the Faculty's lecturers and students.
• To establish a forum for students, lecturers, and domestic and international scientists to exchange, publish, and share new research findings.

2. Requirements The scientific conference is a key academic activity of the Faculty. Consequently, all submitted publications must demonstrate practical utility and scientific rigor. All manuscripts must strictly adhere to the university’s standardized scientific article formatting. Conference proceedings shall be conducted in a spirit of professional exchange, academic growth, and knowledge sharing.

3. Time and Location

• Time: 08:00 AM to 11:30 AM, May 16, 2026.
• Location: 3rd Floor, Library Information Center.

4. Conference Theme "New Technologies and Applications in the fields of Electricity - Electronics - Automation"

5. Participants

• Lecturers from within and outside the Faculty.
• Undergraduate and graduate students.
• Domestic and international scientists.
